    You are both posting in the user forums for Adobe Connect. You should contact Adobe Support directly as no one here has the ability to manage your account. 

     

    800-42-ADOBE in the US. Not sure what the international support number is. You should be able to use the Contact Us function in the Support drop down on the Adobe website.
