I was sent a form to fill out and can not type on it to send back???? help

If you were sent an Adobe PDF file to fill out, then you need Adobe Acrobat in order to fill out the form. Adobe Acrobat is not free but is sold to corporations and governments. Usually, if someone send you a form to fill out you have to either fill it out digitally using the paid for Adobe Acrobat client or you print it out and use a pen and fax it back or mail it back.  The person who sent you the form could provide the Adobe Acrobat licensed software if they wanted you to have that option to submit digitally.
