I would like to know if it is possible to share my screen if I am using an iPad or tablet device? I found somewhere that shows how to do it on iPads but with the use of a cable and laptop/desktop to allow the accessibility but is there anyway of doin

I have checked on a couple of places where it shows how to use a cable to connect the ipad to a computer and share the ipad screen but through the meeting room on the computer. Is there any way of doing it all from the ipad or tablet device (Android based)?

No, this functionality is not available on mobile devices. You can mirror your screen onto a computer, as you mentioned above, but that is the only option.
