Icons for the camera and the microphone don't show up next to the other icons. I can't access either.

Two icons on my adobe connect page do not show up, only the volume and the raise hand feature show up on the page when I am logged in. I have to do a group discussion on Thursday, however I can't get anything to work. It's not an issue with allowing my camera to show me, the icon for the camera isn't even showing up. Is there some sort of setting issue?

    It sounds like you don't have Host rights to the room. The most likely cause of this is because you are no in the Meeting Host group.

    Using the Named Host licensing model, you must be in the Meeting Host group to activate and fully use Meetings. Even if you are an Admin on the account, you must still be in the Meeting Host group.

    Go to Administration > Users and Groups then find your login. Select your login and then click the Information button at the bottom right of the users and group tool. Select Edit Group Membership and add the Meeting Host group to the list on the right.

    You may need to log out and log back in, but that should now allow you to have full Host rights in your room (assuming you have been assigned that role in the room) and can use your camera and mic.
