If no end date is specified, learners will be scheduled for one month to complete their learning.

Hello,

I need to ask a question about this statement in Connect as it is causing confusion, unfortunately.

I need to confirm that,  If "No close date" is selected, and the user does not enter or click on the link to enter the curriclum, within one month from the start date, the student will no longer have access to the currlculum (the link to the course and content will no longer work). If they do enter, they have access to their content indefinitely

Is there another way to interpret this statement that is being missed by the group?

Thank you for any input.

Correct answer Jorma_at_Knox

This statement means that they will have one month from the first access to the training to complete it.

So, the curriculum will be available to start indefinitely, but access is limited to a month.

If you put a definite end date, then the individual will have until that date to complete the training, even if that date is 12/31/2099.
