Information from open chats lost

This has happened a couple of times within the past year.

Upon re-entering the seminar room (the day after the event ended), the chat windows are blank and the information contained is gone. Has anyone else had this issue?

We have a hosted account and the version we're on is 9.0.3.

    Either someone with Presenter or Host rights cleared the chat pod, or the Compliance setting in the Admin section of the server was set to automatically clear the chat after each session.

    If it was neither of those scenarios, then you may need to reach out to Support to see if Adobe can identify if this is a bug.

    Hmm. I doubt it's an issue of another host clearing the chat pod as this issue happened to me about 8 months ago and happened to a colleague today. Since I'm the only one with admin access and I haven't updated any settings recently, that also doesn't seem to be the cause.

    Sounds like a bug to me. I'll follow up with support.
