Integrated Registration Tools for Connect Pro

Hi: We are currently using a tool from a Connect Reseller that registers attendees for or online events. The tool integrates with connect pro and is able to manage the registrations and report on the attendees. However, the tool is very buggy and only works about 60% of the time and we lose registrations. Does anyone know of a tool that has the same functionality but is stable?

    The question is which events tool are you using? There are two companies that I know of that offer this service outside of the Adobe Events tool. MeetingOne and Intesolv. I would assume that you are using one of these company's tool, so try the other company.
