Integrated Telephony intermittently drops during meetings

I have an integrated line setup and I generally have an issue during meetings where the line will disconnect. Does anyone else have this issue or know how I can find what is causing it?

Have you reached out to the Connect Support team or your bridge provider?

The team at Adobe should be able to look at your account logs and see why it's dropping (because of Connect or the provider) and the provider for the bridge may be able to see something on their end.

Bridge provider has been contacted and are looking into it. What's the best way to contact Adobe so I am talking to someone who understands what i'm saying? I told the live chat agent about the problem and he literally sent a link to download the Connect mobile app...

If you are using this Portal, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support , and it isn't getting you anywhere, try giving them a call. The Support team for Connect is a dedicated team and should have knowledge of the tool and how it works.
