I need an official invoice from Adobe Connect.

In technical support there is no way to get it.

    If you purchased through a reseller, contact them as they should be able to provide an invoice.

    If you purchased through adobe.com, then I'm not sure if that is possible. Your best course of action would be to reach out to customer support and see if there is soemthing they can provide, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support.
