IOS Adobe Connect Cannot Connect to On-Premise Server/Meeting

When I try to connect from any iPhone/IOS device to our on-premise server/room, I get the error "Unable to establish secure connection to the server. Please try again." I can't tell if this is a server setting issue, an SSL/TLS issue or a trusted SSL certificate issue. What could be causing the problem and how do I run the fix?

    It is likely a security issue, and could be related to the SSL certificate, but may require further investigation.

    There is a patch for supporting iOS devices for on-premise deployments of Connect 9. It may be worth verifying that this patch has been applied to the server(s). Find on-premise patch files for Adobe Connect 9
