I have load and reloaded elements 14 and I keep getting the same error

Ipoint..exe - entry point not found

     The procedure entry point_crtCreateSymboliclinkW could not be located in the dynamic link library.

          C:windows\system32\MSVCP110.dill

What is my next move?
