Is it free to upgrade from 9.0.4 to 9.2 with a support contract in place?

Does anyone know if I need a new licence key generated by adobe to be able to upgrade from 9.0 to 9.2?

I have the 9.2 software and we have a support contract with Adobe but I've been unable to get a response from the support team when raising a support case in their portal.

I don't want to try and complete the upgrade and destroy our in house development environment if I find the licence keys I have won't work or the upgrade is going to be expensive.

Any ideas?

Thanks, Rob

A new key shouldn't be needed for a dot release, but if it is, you can always pull it down when the installer wizard gets to that step and provides a link or by going to the link provided in the Connect server management console. You should have a direct phone number and email for Platinum support, and if you don't your reseller should be able to get you one.
