Is it possible to change our scheduled time for Connect 9.3 Upgrade?

My upgrade is currently scheduled during our business day in India. We already have training planned using the Connect room.  Can we please have our Connect 9.3 upgrade moved so that it will end at 8 pm CT on Sunday instead of starting at 8 pm CT on Sunday?  We are on the Oct. 19 schedule.   What do I need to do to get this changed?

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not possible.  This is a multi-tenant architecture and Connect account holders were informed at least 30 days in advance.

I understand that the notice was issued 30 days in advance.  That doesn't change the fact that Adobe has scheduled an upgrade of our system during our normal business hours.  We use this tool for online meetings in North America, India, and Japan.  We already have meetings scheduled using Connect during our normal business day of Monday, October 20 local time in India and Japan.

I will contact customer service to complain.
