Is it possible to make somebody who accesses a meeting via a URL into a permanent host?

    If they have a user name and password to your Connect account, and have been assigned Host rights to the room (as well as being in the Meeting Host group if you are using the Named Host licensing), then yes.

    If they are joining your room as a guest, then no.
