Is it possible to see how many people have watched a recorded meeting?

Yes, you will need to move the recordings to the Content Library.

To do this:

• Find the desired recording(s) in the Recordings section of the meeting room on the server.
• Place a check mark next to the recordings and select the Move button.
• Browse to the desired location in the Content Library that you would like to keep the recordings in (you can move them later if needed).
• Click OK and OK.

Now the recordings will track views like any other content object in Connect. You can also manage access to the recording separately from the Meeting room, as they are no longer associated. Keep in mind that this is a one-way move and the recordings cannot be moved back into the Recordings section of the meeting room.
