Is ther any server side IP address range for adobe connect that need to be allowed on my corporate firewall.

As i see the adobe application launching then stucks to "connecting".

It sounds like you will need to get the block of IPs for your account's cluster whitelisted to allow access. You will need to get this information from Adobe Connect Support. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html
