Is there a way to enable "make flv" option for Limited Administrators?

As the title says: is there a way to enable a limited administrator to use the "make FLV" option? I've enabled "Allow Limited Administrator to access meeting and content folders" but I want to enable the ability for a limited administrator to make an FLV copy of a recording in a content folder, without enabling any other administrator privileges.

    If you give someone Host rights to the room containing the recording or Manage rights to a recording in the Content library, then they should be able to make an FLV version of the recording. You could assign the Limited Admin group the appropriate permissions for the meetings/folders and they should be able to make the offline FLVs.
