Is there a way to make my webcam smaller than the participants?

Currently when I am using Adobe Connect for videoconferencing my camera and the participants show up side by side and are the same size.  Is there a way to make it so that my camera is smaller (like in Skype where it's just a small box in the corner and the other person takes up most of the screen)? 

Also, is there a way I can broadcast my video camera so that the participants can see me, but I do not have to see my own web camera on my screen? Hope that makes sense.
