Issue with audio quality between rooms

Question

we are running a conference, we check the aduio in the green room and then when they go into the main room it gets distorted on some. goes up and down. can anyone help?

Hi, Steve - just curious, are you using VOIP? Or an audio provider? I imagine it may have something to do with each room's unique audio settings (mic volume comes to mind), but now that there's "enhanced audio" that could also be a thing. I assme you've checked everybody's settings to ensure they match.

Normally the issue could be with VPN, but that should be the same. I'm also assuming that your speakers know to use the application in both instances, and close the one they are not using. Having two apps open at the same time has somewhat affected my audio in the past. But usually pretty minor.
