Issues downloading recorded sessions from Adobe Connect

Hello
 
When we try to download the recorded session we have a lot of problems. One of them is sometimes the audio is not synch with the video. Other times we download the video and when we try to play the download record we see a lot of mess in the screen (lines moved, and other images). We tried it in different computers.
 
Can anyone give us some recommendations about the download process of the recorded sessions? is the render made in the destination computer? does we need to install any video codec?

    I've had mixed results with making offline recordings from Connect. Make sure your graphic drivers are up to date. In my experience I have tried making offline recordings on 3 different computers. Only one make recordings without the scrambled signal look to the room. It's the comptuer with the lowest performance specs that I have, and I can't identify what causes it to work vs. the other computers. 

    Try on a different computer and if that works, stick with that one.
