Issues sharing Video

Hello,

We are using Adobe Connect for E-Learning. Sometimes people are not able to share their web-cam video although they are able to see it in the preview. Since this occures to differnt people at different times I have no idea what the issue actually is. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be and how we could solve it?

    "Not able to share" could mean different things. Do they get error messages? Does video freeze? Do they see just a black/blue/white screen where they expect webcam output? What sort of webcams?

    One possibility is that they have another app using the video stream. They may need to CLOSE, with extreme prejudice, other video apps (Skype, CMA Desktop, etc. can be sticky) to free the stream for use by AC. The other is that their webcam output is too large or too high a frame rate for the hosted service.
