Issues with account after moving from demo version Adobe Connect to the purchased one

Dear support team.

 

I have a huge issue with my account.

My steps:

1. I registered trial version of adobe connect to email info@oiltraderschool.com;

2. After some testing, I decided to order Webinar 100 on the same email;

3. Now I have an issue - I can login to the system by link you send me with order: https://meet93692417.adobeconnect.com

4. But I can't login to adobe.com to change my payment method.

5. Chat support answered me that they don't see any payments from my account.

6. Soon there should be service payment renewal, but I need to change the payment method and not sure it will work this time.

7. I've changed email from  info@oiltraderschool.com to justgrayshadow@gmail.com - I thought it will help me to login with info@oiltraderschool.com to my proper account, but it's not;

8. Now I can't login by  info@oiltraderschool.com to any account and can't change it back in my trial account.


Results:

1. I'm not sure that you can make renewal of payment for adobe connect webinars 100, so not sure that my account won't be blocked soon

2. Can't login to my proper account - info@oiltraderschool.com in adobe.com

3. Still can work in adobe connect by link https://meet93692417.adobeconnect.com/ (but not sure for how long)

4. And can't change my payment details. 

5. I don't need my trial user.

6. But I need my normal user with the same link and all history because we already had few webinars. https://meet93692417.adobeconnect.com/
