Kill a Meeting

Hello,

As an admin for our institution, I can go in on the backend and see active meetings.  We have a meeting that wont shut down despite clicking "End session for all" in the meeting.  Is there a way for me to kill the meeting on the backend or do I have to contact support to do that?
