Latency issues with latest Adobe connect on broadband
I'm pursuing online course which is using Adobe connect to deliver lectures since past 6 months. Things were ok till november . But since early december things are going bad . I'm facing huge issue with audio quality ( audio is delivered in buffered manner ). Audio is barely understandable . Sometimes bunch of audio is played in one go. I had been following up with the institute , but they are not able to help so far. I'm using 50 MBPS broadband wired connection . Interestingly once I used my mobile's internet connection to access course and I did not faced latency issue. Can you help in resolving this issue .
