launching the link then goes white

when i launch the link my adobe connect goes white but when i just open the app and want to enter the link by myself, it says the link is not valid which is not true because i tried it on other device. and when i want to launch the link i should use vpn i dont know why . it just doesnt load when i dont have my vpn on can someone help me i have online classes and i couldnt participate 3 of them today pleaseeee

What device are you using to connect to the meeting?  If you are using a mobile device then you need to ensure you have the correct app installed.

 

Android. Adobe Connect - Apps on Google Play

Apple.‎Adobe Connect on the App Store (apple.com)

 

There is no need to use a VPN to connect to a meeting.

 

I suspect that there may be some other software installed on your PC, if  that is what you are using, that may be conflicting with your attempts to connect to a meeting. 

 

Some more details on the set-up of the devices you are using to connect to the meeting would help the community support you better.
