Layout Panel not available during Breakouts

I am led to believe that the Layout Panel SHOULD be available when Breakouts are active. In this video by Alistair Lee on the Adobe Connect YouTube channel: 

 https://youtu.be/9QDlpmEgVOE   At 4:25 he states: "we don't have to wait until the breakouts have finished to bring in all of this content into our review layout so I can create this review layout either ahead of time or *while the groups are breaking out*. . .and see them get updated in real time".

I don't understand HOW to do this *while the groups are breaking out* because when I "Start Breakout" the "Layouts" panel disappears - so I am stuck in "Main Room" (the layout I was in when I launched the Breakout) and cannot navigate to any other layout. I am restricted to visiting the Breakout Rooms. Please advise how I can do this. TIA.

    You cannot use the Layout bar durring breakouts because it is not part of the functionality of Adobe Connect. 

    Your desired workflow makes sense, but isn't possible with Connect as it sits today.

    I can't be the only person who would find access to "Prepare Mode" while Breakouts are Active, a useful feature. How do I get this added as a development request?

    You would need to set up a layout with the pods from the breakout room already on it before starting the breakouts in the training session. Then you go to that layout before starting breakouts. The layout with all the breakout pods will be visible in the main meeting, while the learners do their work in the breakouts. 

    The Layouts bar is not available durring active breakout sessions.

    Hi Jorma

    Thanks for the prompt response. I have succesfully created Breakout Rooms and 'Review Layouts' with the required pods. This seems to be the sensible option

    As you say in your final comment - "The Layouts bar is not available durring active breakout sessions." this echos the title of my query. 

    So while Breakouts are active I am effectively "stuck" in the room layout I launched the Breakouts from for the duration of the Breakout session. This is not helpful. I should be able to set up an activity and open the breakouts for 30 minutes (or any length of time) then be able to jump to any layout and do whatever I want - create new Layouts on the fly. Tidy up exisiting layouts etc. whilst the participants are in the breakouts. 

    While Breakouts are closed I can use the "Prepare Mode" to do just this - so why not during Breakouts?
