LDAP Information entered, users unable to connect

Hello!

I have Adobe Connect 9 installed on a virtual machine that is on my domain. I am able to browse to my adobe connect server and see the web interface, but I am unable to login without creating an account. I am trying to deploy this for a large userbase and do not want to re-create accounts for everyone.

I looked at the steps for configuring LDAP and I cannot figure out why my Adobe Connect server is not able to pass logon requests to the Domain Controller. Any tips/troubleshooting advice?

    Have you reviewed the logs to see if any errors are being thrown?
