I would like to add a group of Learners to "Users and Groups", however do not want to give this group a license - how do I do this?

    Create an Admin group called Learners1 or My Learners or Students or whatever you want other than "Learners". You can also add the individuals to the system Learners group, as there is no licensing tied to that group.
