Learners are directed to the Adobe Room list instead of my Room

This issue has happened for the past week with any virtual training/meeting we are facilitating through the entire enterprise.  Is there a fix for this? What can be happening?

    How are you inviting them , through events or just email invitations?  Are they part of a curriculum?  I'd be glad to jump on a call to take a look at it if you are interested, or you can call Adobe support at 800-422-3623
