We have Adobe Captivate lessons uploaded on to Connect but when learners complete them they show as In Progress rather than Complete.  We have checked the Captivate Quiz Settings and Publish Settings.  Can any one help?

    I am having the same problem. I have a quiz set up and it is reporting correctly...except for the completion status. Connect still says "In Progress" even though every single slide has been viewed and the learner has scored a perfect 4/4.

    I would recommend that you call Support and have them look at the logs for the indvidual(s) experiencing this issue. That will best identify what is happening so you can find a solution.

    Is there a quiz in this presentation?

    If not, for the status of complete, what percentage of slides need to be viewed? Is there any branching, or opportunity for individuals to skip or bypass slides, in this lesson?
