Is there a way to set that a single user (eventually inserted in a group) can view that recorded metting just once?

Otherwise, how can i control that he doesn't give credential access to other persons?

Thanks!

Move the recording to the Content Library. Then you can assign view permissions like any other object in the content library. Just make the recording not publicly viewable, and add the desired user(s)/group(s) to the Set Permissions option for that recording. Then, in a day, week, etc., you can remove the individual(s) from the Set Permissions options and their Username and Password will no longer allow them access to the recording.

There is not a way to limit the number of views that an individual has for viewing an object in Connect. You could give them permissions to view it for a limited time and then remove them from the list of individuals who can view it.

If you have the Training Module, then you can put a window of time where the individuals enrolled in the training can view it. This window can be as short as 15 min or it could never close. So, that could be another option if you need one.
