Limiting participants to 100

I currently have 94 people enrolled in a meeting.  What would happen if I try allowing more than 100 total people into my meeting? Would the 101st person be blocked or could I allow them to enter and just be charged an overage fee?

The 101st person will be locked out. You can, however, purchase burst pack minutes. They allow you to go to 5X your licensing limit (so 500 in your case) and every person beyond your 100, would consume 1 minute of your burst pack minute. So 110 people in your room would consume 10 burst pack minutes per minute. They are purchased in blocks of 5000 minutes and are not terribly expensive. Just talk to your reseller about it.
