Little green, yellow, and red bars next to participants names

Does this indicate their connection being good or bad,  or their participation in the meeting?

I'd heard both and I'm not sure which is is now.

They used to be an indiction of what the user said their bandwidth was (green = at or above the room bandwidth setting, yellow = one step below the room bandwidth setting, red = two steps below the room bandwidth setting). But since no one ever set their bandwidth to a lowe level, and there was never automatic bandwidth detection, this feature went away with Connect 7 (I think). Now this is tied to the Engagement pod, should you have access to it, and will show the participation (read that as focus of the Connect room on their computer) in the Connect session.

The engagement score works best as an aggregate metric for medium to large meetings. However, there are scenarios like training sessions where the trainer may want to monitor the engagement of specific participants. Adobe Connect provides an option in the attendee pod called “show individual engagement” that enables meeting hosts to see individual engagement. The individual engagement is shown as three different levels.

Green: High engagement

Yellow: Average engagement

Red: Low engagement

What are the metrics to determine the different levels engagement? Clicks per minute? Entering text? Downloading files? (I'm guessing some aggregation of these actions, weighted, along with other interactions ...)
