Live caption or closed caption for Adobe Webinars

I wonder why there is no closed/live captions in the webinars when Adobe Connect have the CC option but I have to pay for it. I dont think it's fair.

As Adobe investigates potential options for providing machine-based captions in future, there's a fairly simple work around that many attendees are using today. If you join a meeting using Google Chrome, you can have Chrome provide captions based on the meeting audio. Here's an article on how to enable it:

Agreed! Zoom and Teams can both do it with no added cost. Machine transcription is available on the cheapest phones, but not in Connect.

Connect I think have CC which has to be done in settings.

There is a CC pod. It give you the option to have someone provide captions, but Adobe does not provide any captioning service or machine transcript itself. You have to connect to another service.
