LMS does not use customized defaultmeetingtemplate to create a meeting

You might have an idea.

Wanted Behavior: LMS-Integration is creating a meeting with a layout based on a customized defaultmeetingtemplate.

Real Behavior: I have successfully customized the defaultmeetingtemplate in the "Shared Templates"-folder. When i create a new meeting from within the AC-Backend it works fine. When a meeting is created by the LMS (Orbis, Lernwelt by Materna), the original defaultmeetingtemplate by AC is used to setup the layout, not the customized one. I do not know why and where this old defaultmeetingtemplate is coming from and how to turn the LMS to use the customized one.
