LOADING ADOBE CONNECT

I am going to be attending a virtual classroom interview tomorrow. I need to know why it is taking a LONG time for my adobe connect window to load? This is a NECCESSITY i need for my job interview please help! I have ALL requirements on my system the Adobe Connect is already installed as well.
