Loading graphic images to layouts

Hi,

I am working on setting up a series of online webinars. I am creating a welcome/foyer layout for students to land on before the meeting starts. I would like to import some graphic design images with our institute logo and class information onto that page. It seems the only ways to do this are a.) set as background in meeting preferences (this is only desired on greeting layout) b.) add note pod or share screen pod and fill with an image (but shows the toolbar on the top). Is there anyway just to import a graphic design element onto a layout page without using these tools?

Am I missing something?
