Login credentials not working

My administrator gave me the same permissions that he has but I am still not able to change the "Actions" for a recording to "Take Offline" but he is able to do it no problem. WHY????

    I would guess that you do not have permission to that recording/meeting.  Did you try adding yourself as a host to the meeting the recording is attached to, or to the folder the recordings were moved to?
