Login Policy & Camera issue

1.In HTML version, host and one participant's camera only live others cameras are in pause mode.
2. I selected 'No' for email as login in login policy but it is not working.

    1. Probably a bandwidth management setting that Adobe did for the hosted environment with the increased use of Connect as a result of the shift to Work From Home. 

     

    2. This is a setting you make for an Event. The setting only applies to that one event. Are you not seeing that setting applied to the desired Event?
