Logitech c920 webcam video not working

Hello,

I am a lecturer at a university and required to use my webcam for webinars.

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 machine and a logitech c920 webcam. The webcam works on all other platforms, Skype, Microsoft Camera and Logitech software. However video appears black on Adobe Connect. The webcam doesnt even light up. However the Microphone works fine with Connect.

Could someone please advise?

Solved!

I changed laptop and this issue has now been resolved.
