My new webcam works fine but Adobe Connect doesn't recognize it. I'm thinking there's an easy fix for this? Thanks.

I just fixed this for the C922 by installing  https://manycam.com/

I did have to buy a licence though to get rid of the watermark

Does Windows DEVICE MANAGER show this camera?  If so, CONNECT should as well.  If not shown in the inventory of devices, see the step below.

Assuming you already know you need to stick an HTML CAPTURE card between the camera and your PC?

Uh oh I don't know what an HTML CAPTURE card is! Please advise and thank you so much!

Make sure the drivers are up to date and it is plugged in prior to launching Connect. Use the Connect App for the best reliability and performance.

When you say it's not recognized, is that you can't select it or it doesn't show a video when you do select it? Is another application using the camera (Skype, Logitech tool, etc.)?

I very much appreciate your response and am trying to remember the exact circumstances, which I realize are essential for solving the problem. I believe I selected the Logitech webcam but Adobe Connect continued to use my laptop's camera. However, I'm not sure and don't have another virtual meeting scheduled until next week. I will ensure that the webcam is plugged in prior to launching the Connect app, which I access through a link from the meeting administrator. I did make sure all the drivers were updated. Thanks again - I hope I don't have to bother you another time!
