Logitech webcam problem with Adobe Presenter Video Express 11

Posting here as I don't see a forum for Adobe Presenter or Adobe Presenter Video Express anywhere?

I have the identical problem as in this very old post.

I'm trialling Adobe Presenter Video Express with my Logitech C920 webcam but as in the above - mentioned post, when I start the program and begin to create new project, I get a screen with the error message "Your webcam is busy or it is not functioning. Try closing other applications that might be using the webcam and select it again".

I upgraded my Logitech webcam software to the latest version from the C920 webcam downloads page at this link and I was directed to install a package called Logitech G HUB which didn't look like webcam software as such but in any case, that didn't solve the problem. I searched again and found what I believe to be the latest driver for the C920. It's called 'Logitech Capture' version 2.04.13. I installed that but still got the webcam error message.

I've tried all the possible solution ideas in the above  - mentioned old post but none work for me.

I've emailed  PVX-ProductionSupport@adobe.com to ask if I can get a remote support session on Connect but haven't had a reply yet.

Any ideas?

If the Logitech C920 webcam can't be made to work with Adobe Video Express 11, what other HD webcams definitely work with it without shooting up this error message?

This is the Captivate forum. They have told me you could find help on the Connect forum for problems linked to Presenter.

If you want me to move your question, just let me know.

Yes, please relocate it to the Connect Forum. Thank you. (I do find the Adobe Forums setup to be confusing!).
