Long audio delay

I've just started using Acrobat Connect Pro, and during our last meeting there was a very long delay (at least 5-6 seconds or more) between the time I spoke and the time participants/presenters were able to hear me. This created a lot of difficulties throughout the meeting. (The meeting was sent to DSL/Modem, presentations were in Content Library so I don't believe this had anything to do with bandwidth issues.)

How do I avoid this in the future? Does anybody have any ideas why this might have happened?

We finally met with our IT department and you were exactly right. Once we opened up the ports they had locked down, we had no further problems.

Note for anyone who may be having the same issue: I believe there was a full list of ports that needed to be opened, which we were able to obtain from Adobe Support.

    Thank you!

Could be the port you are accessing Connecr through. I have seen performance issues when a company's IT locks down the prerfered port 1935 and users are forced to connetc on port 80 or port 443.
