Using adobe connect for 'town hall' departmental meetings. Our one former employee left without explaining how he had achieved the no tones on participant enter/exit.
Does anyone know where this feature is? I have been going through the menus and options, as well as the online pdfs and cannot find this information. Really appreciate the assistance.

When dialed in as a Host, the command to turn off the door bell is *47.

I assume you are using an integrated telephone bridge, and that is where the sound is coming from. Connect doesn't have that feature. Your teleconference provider should have a PDF of their in-call commands and one should be to disable/enable a roll call or doorbell feature.

really appreciate the help, i feel like a moron for not thinking of that.
