Loop PPTs - Standard View

On classic view, I have a PPT on loop that I use in the lobby. I want to move to standard view, as it has a much more modern look 🙂

As I was trying the same PPT, now it does not loop, even if I press play. 

This PPT was uploaded to content, downloaded as zip and changed in the file to have it looping (previous workaround for looping on adobe with flash player). Is it a limitation of the HTML/standard view?

I have the same approach, I duplicated my 10 slides until I had a hundred (runs for about 16 mins with 10 seconds time on Transition), applied a royalty-free piece of music to slide one and asked it to loop continuously across all 100 and when I was sure it all worked as expected, I saved in Powerpoint as an MP4. Upload this and all works fine both in Classic and now Standard (although I had to change ALL my screen clippings! - thanks Adobe, (for changing everything cosmetic as well as flash elements!!)

      Great solution! Much easier than hacking the HTML files.

      I've not yet figured out where in the HTML output of Presenter (the tool that converts the PPT content for Connect) can be changed to allow the presentation to loop. 

      My recomendation as of today would be to get Adobe Presenter (you can do a free 30 day trial) and use that in PPT to tell the presentation to loop. Go to the Settings menu for Presenter, then Playback settings and check the Loop presentation option. 

      Click OK, then use the publish function to publish as HTML or a hybrid of Flash and HTML. You can publish directly to your Connect account or locally to your computer. If you publish locally, be sure to check the box to publish as a Zip file, so you can easily load the Zip into a Share pod in Connect.

      Unfortunately that's not an option for me 😞 as I cannot use trial versions and the company would not be interested in buying adobe presenter as it would be too many licences needed. 

      It would be great if someone would find out where to change the file after zipping in adobe content in order to have it looping.
