We are having issues with trainers and participants losing connectivity - sometimes even after they have disabled the VPN.  Why is this happening and what can be done about it?

We continue to have issues with attendees who are unable to disable VPN. It is impacting all attendees/hosts for all of our virtual students who are trying to use this product. This was not an issue with previous versions of Adobe Connect.
Many attendees are also prevented from downloading the desktop application due to restrictions from their organization. Again, this was not an issue with previous versions of Adobe Connect.

We are extremely unhappy with how the product now works for our organization and would like to know how Adobe is addressing the concerns of their clients.

I've been having the same issues. Lots of bugs in the new update. We only open apps in desktop version and changed to Classic View to try and mitigate some of the connectivity/audio problems.....it seemed to help. It's been a nightmare to troubleshoot as there are inconsistancies across the board.
