Low Quality Audio Compression

We've having trouble with our Adobe Connect audio compression when using VOIP audio. It seems to be much worse than our less specialized implementation of Teams and, most critically, worse than Adobe Connect sessions hosted by our external vendors. 

 

Has anyone had this issue and know of a solution?

    Are you using an Adobe Hosted account or on-premise account?
    What version of Adobe Connect?

    Were there audio issues in the Flash client, the HTML client, or both?

    We're on a Hosted account through Clarix. 

     

    Version 10.6.2

     

    We use the local client. Some meeting users may use the HTML client, but not a majority.
