Macbook Pro problems sharing Retina desktop

Hi, I recently bought a MacBook Pro 15'' Retina, and when I'm on a Adobe Connect meeting, and share my desktop screen only the lower left quarter of the screen is shared to the rest of the particiants. I've tried changing the resolution of my Macbook display, and also of the adobe connect meeting Room Screen resolution with no luck.

If I share a second monitor, not retina, I have no problems and the screen is shared fine.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Any fixes or workarounds?

thanks,

Gabriel

Hi -

Regarding the issue you reported:

  • Adobe Connect
  • Macbook Pro
  • Sharing your desktop only shows the lower left quarter of the screen

I am a technical support analyst, and have a user who has reported this exact issue

Q: Were you able to resolve this issue?  If so, could you share what you did to resolve it?

~Thanks!

Screen sharing should work fine using Retina display.

What is the exact display resolution which you are using ?

Thanks,

-Nitin

1680x1050 but it does not seem to matter, as I change it and the problem persists. On the other hand it does not happen on my second monitor (1920x1080).
