Question
Macromedia Flash Add-In Error
I have installed Breeze v. 5 in my computer. I am able to
enter, invite people to join me, and share the whiteboard.
Before sharing slides or the desktop, Breeze asks if one wishes to download the Macromedia Flashplayer ADD-IN.
Everytime I say yes, then I obtain an error message,
"Macromedia Breeze Meeting Addin 7.0 r55 has encountered a problem and needs to close."
A second window appears, with a blank Macromedia Flashplyer 7 box.
Here are some of the steps I have already taken, but have failed.
1. Try and lower the Internet Explorer safety settings to medium.
2. Try Firefox instead of Internet Explorer 7
3. Remove the Breeze program and start again
4. Remove Flash player and download the new one (9.x and now 10.x)
5. Install it in a different computer in my office (it works fine, using the same internet connection)
6. Close my anti-virus program.
Here are more details within the error message,
AppName Breezeaddin5X0.exe
Modver 6.3.4.2
0002fc8
Application version: 7.055.331
ModName kmw_dll.dll
Any help would be so appreciated!
