making FLV has only audio

Hi ,

since downloading the last add-in, after a meeting, when I creat an FLV it downloads only the audio, no video. When I watch the download I do see both, but in the end file there is only audio with black screen. I called support said they suspect a bag conflicting with windows 8, which I have on both PCs, my other mac laptop apparantly has the same result because the osx is too old.

Anybody has  asolution then by an older computer with windows XP?

Hi,

We are aware of issues while making recordings offline on win8.. we are working on a fix and you should soon receive a notification to install the new addin which has the fix..

But just to be sure that the issue you are facing is the same as the one that we are fixing, I would recommend you to try creating flv of the same recording on some other non-win8 machines..

Hi,

I have downloaded already 2 FLV files on another computer with windowm Me, and it works fine, its only on the win8

looking forward for your email, fixing that will save me a lot fo hassle.
